Death in the Stacks

Death in the Stacks Book Discussion Group is devoted to reading and discussing mysteries and thrillers, primarily fiction. Within those two genres are a variety of branches from cozies to hard-boiled mysteries and psychological to spy thrillers. We make every effort to offer a fun mix and variety for members. So, if you love both reading and talking about mysteries and thrillers, then this is the book discussion group you’ve been waiting for!

The group meets from 11am to noon on the 4th Friday of February, April, June, August and October.

Titles and Talk

Titles & Talk Book Discussion Group delves into a wide variety of genres in both fiction and non-fiction. So, be prepared to push your comfort zone (possibly) as this includes everything from classics to biographies to science fiction to historicals to adventures. If you love both reading and talking about what you read, then this is the book discussion group you’ve been waiting for!

Great Decisions

Join us for Great Decisions, a foreign policy discussion group, at the Ligonier Valley Library at 10:30 a.m. The topic changes every month and is facilitated by Jerry Hudson.
